Directing for Music Video

We're looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level Director to lead a dynamic music video project in Atlanta, GA. This independent production features an up-and-coming R&B artist, blending sleek visuals with a narrative about overcoming challenges. We need someone who can translate an artistic vision into compelling on-screen action, working closely with the artist and a small production company. Your main responsibilities will include guiding performances, collaborating with the DP to establish shots and lighting, and ensuring the overall creative direction is cohesive and engaging. We're looking for someone with a strong visual style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a small team. You should have some prior experience directing (student films, short films, or previous music videos) and a reel demonstrating your directorial capabilities. While we provide essential production gear, bringing your own directing tools or preferred equipment is a plus. The shoot is planned for 1-2 days during the second half of October 2026, with an additional 1-2 days for pre-production planning. This is a paid position, offering $100-200 per day depending on experience. Come help us create something impactful!
