Sound Designer, Corporate Video (Remote OK)
Hey there, I'm Elena, a producer working on a new corporate video project and I'm looking for an entry-level sound designer to join our team. We're creating a set of engaging videos for a well-known tech company, focusing on innovative product showcases and employee spotlights. The tone is clean, modern, and professional, but we're also aiming for something that feels authentic and human, not just stiff corporate stuff. It's truly a chance to make some interesting audio. You'll be primarily responsible for cleaning up dialogue, designing sound effects that enhance the visuals, and creating an overall polished audio mix. Experience with industry-standard audio software, like Adobe Audition or Pro Tools, is a must. While a full studio isn't required, you'll need reliable personal equipment for editing and mixing, including a good set of headphones. Please share your reel or a portfolio with examples of your sound design work, especially if you have experience with corporate or documentary-style content. We anticipate needing about 20-30 hours per week, with an approximate start date in late July. This is an independent production, so compensation is on a deferred backend percentage, which we'll discuss in detail once we connect. We're based in New York, but remote work is perfectly fine for this role. Looking forward to hearing from you!
