Gaffer (Mid-Level) for Atlanta Web Series

We're an independent production seeking a skilled Gaffer for an upcoming web series filming in the Atlanta area. This project is a darkly comedic drama, featuring a unique ensemble cast navigating everyday absurdities. We're looking for someone who can help us craft a moody, atmospheric visual style that enhances the storytelling. You'll be responsible for the overall lighting design, collaborating closely with the DP, managing the lighting team, and ensuring all lighting is safe and effective. We need someone who has their own basic lighting package (HMI/LEDs, stands, modifiers, distro, etc.) and a strong reel demonstrating experience on similar narrative projects. This is a mid-level position, so we're looking for someone with a few web series or short film credits under their belt. Shoot dates are TBD, but we're targeting 3-4 weeks of principal photography in late summer/early fall. You can expect 10-12 hour days, and we'll provide catering and transportation to/from set.
