Gaffer (Corporate Video - Chicago)

Hey everyone, I'm putting together a small crew for an upcoming corporate video project here in Chicago. It's a series of internal communications, short, punchy, and needs to look sharp. We're looking for a Gaffer who can bring some polish to standard office settings and interview setups. Think clean, professional, and well-lit without being overly flashy. Your main responsibilities will be working with the DP to execute their lighting plan, rigging, power distribution, and making sure everything is safe and efficient. We'll be using a compact, flexible lighting package, so familiarity with LED panels, small HMI's, and shaping tools is a must. Bring your own basic kit (stands, stingers, clamps, safety gear). We anticipate a 3-day shoot, likely the last week of next month, 10-12 hour days. This is an independent production, so we're operating on deferred payment, but it's a great opportunity to add some clean, professional work to your reel.
