Lighting for Pilot

Hey film fam, Tomáš here, the Gaffer on an exciting new pilot shooting in Prague. We're looking for a skilled Best Boy or Lighting Technician to join our team. This is a suspenseful drama with a strong visual style, very character-driven, and something you'll definitely want on your reel. We're an independent production with a passionate crew aiming for a high-quality look. Your role will involve assisting with lighting setup, cable management, power distribution, and generally supporting the Gaffer and lighting department to achieve the desired cinematic vision. We're open to all experience levels; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key. Previous experience on set, especially with a variety of light fixtures and grip equipment, is a plus, but not strictly necessary. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are paramount. We're shooting for approximately 5-7 days, likely consecutive, in late August/early September (exact dates TBD). Expect 10-12 hour days. We'll provide all necessary lighting and grip equipment, catering, and transport within Prague. Compensation is 300-500 EUR per day, depending on experience.
