Location Manager, Atlanta Short Film

Hey folks, Travis here. I'm a Set Dresser helping out an independent production looking for a top-tier Location Manager for an upcoming short film in Atlanta. This is a gritty, character-driven drama, thinking a bit like early Coen Brothers meets 'Mandy' vibes, if that makes sense. It's got some really unique visual opportunities with the locations. We need someone who can scout, secure, and manage a variety of specific, atmospheric Atlanta locations that will really help tell our story. This includes everything from finding the perfect rundown warehouse to a specific type of residential street. You'll be working closely with our Director and DP to lock in these spots. We need someone with senior level experience specifically in the Atlanta area, ideally with a strong network for permits and access. You should have your own vehicle, obviously, and be super organized. Shoot dates are tentatively late August, early September for about 2-3 weeks, with pre-production scouting starting sooner. We are a small, dedicated crew and this is a paid position, offering $2000-3000 weekly, depending on experience.
