Locations Scout/Manager, Web Series

Hey folks, I'm Darius, a Best Boy Electric working on an exciting upcoming independent web series shooting right here in Atlanta. We're looking for a dedicated Locations Scout/Manager to join our crew. This project's a drama, a gritty, character-driven story with some really unique visual opportunities. It’s got a great script and a passionate team. You'll be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing diverse locations that fit our aesthetic and narrative needs. This includes scouting new sites, coordinating with property owners, managing permits, and overseeing logistics on shoot days, ensuring the location is ready and maintained. You'll also help with breakdowns and keeping things organized. We're open to all experience levels, from folks just starting out to seasoned pros. What matters most is your eye for detail, communication skills, and ability to problem-solve. Experience with location agreements and navigating the Atlanta permit process is a big plus, but not strictly required for the right person. A reliable vehicle is essential, of course. Shoot dates are approximate for 3-4 weeks in late spring/early summer, likely 10-12 hour days. We'll provide a locations budget and support staff as needed.
