Location Scout/Manager, Corporate Video

We're producing a sleek, modern corporate video for a tech startup, showcasing their innovative product through visually compelling and accessible location shoots. We need an experienced Location Scout/Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. You'll be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing diverse shooting locations, ranging from modern office spaces and creative co-working environments to urban landscapes and clean, minimalist interiors. Key responsibilities include extensive scouting, photography, negotiating location agreements, coordinating logistics with property owners, and ensuring all necessary permits are in place. You should have a strong portfolio of location work, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics that align with a polished, contemporary brand image. Familiarity with LA permitting processes is essential. While we don't require you to own specific gear for this role, proficiency with scouting software and strong organizational tools is a plus. Shoot dates are TBD but anticipate approximately 3-5 days in late July/early August, with additional prep days. We will provide travel compensation within the LA area, parking, and catering on shoot days. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help us find those perfect spots.
