Locations for Corporate Video

Seeking a Locations Assistant for a 1-2 day corporate video shoot, scheduled for the last week of October 2026. This is a deferred pay position, ideal for an entry-level individual looking to gain experience. Our upcoming independent production is a series of engaging, short-form corporate narratives, focusing on innovation and community impact. The tone is professional yet personable, aiming to highlight compelling stories within a Nashville-based business. We need someone reliable to support our location management efforts. Key responsibilities include assisting with scout logistics, site preparation, maintaining location agreements, and ensuring smooth operation on shoot days. This involves tasks like coordinating parking, securing permits (under supervision), and setting up/breaking down production signs. You'll work closely with the production team to facilitate access and ensure the space is respected. While no specific gear is required for this role, reliable transportation is a must for moving between potential sites in the Nashville area. Prior experience, even volunteer work, in film or event logistics is a plus, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are most important.
