Locations for Web Series

We are seeking a proactive Locations Assistant for an upcoming independent web series, a quirky comedy-drama about a group of friends navigating their late twenties in Miami. This project blends observational humor with heartfelt moments, offering a fresh take on modern friendships. We are looking for someone to support our Locations Manager during pre-production and on set. Key responsibilities include assisting with scout logistics, organizing location permits and releases, managing location agreements, and ensuring our shoot spaces are prepped and secured daily. You will also help maintain good relationships with property owners and residents. Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in a production environment, even if it is just student films or small independent projects. Familiarity with Miami neighborhoods is a plus. We are not looking for specific gear, but reliable transportation is essential for getting around. The approximate shoot dates are in October 2026, with about three weeks of work expected, including some prep days. Hours will vary, but expect full production days during the shoot. Meals and travel stipends will be provided.
