Senior Editor, Sci-Fi Web Series

This independent web series is a gritty, character-driven sci-fi thriller exploring themes of identity and surveillance in a near-future Los Angeles. We're looking for a seasoned editor to help shape the narrative and enhance the suspense for our upcoming project. This is a critical role for our small production company, bringing our vision to life. Key responsibilities include assembling footage, refining pacing, collaborating closely with the director on story structure, and managing post-production workflows. We need someone who can work efficiently and bring a strong creative voice to the edit suite, particularly with dramatic and action sequences. Candidates must have 5+ years of professional editing experience, ideally on narrative web series or short-form content. You should be proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and familiar with color grading and sound mixing basics. A strong portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling and a distinctive style is essential.
