Sound Design for Commercial

Seeking an entry-level Sound Designer for an upcoming Austin-based commercial project. This is a punchy, upbeat spot for a local small business, with a fun, slightly quirky tone. Your main responsibility will be creating dynamic soundscapes, foley, and sweetening for the commercial, supporting the overall narrative and vibe. We're looking for someone who can bring creative audio solutions to the table and is comfortable working independently to enhance the visual storytelling. You'll need to provide your own sound design software and a good pair of headphones. Please have some experience, even if it's from student films or personal projects, and share your reel or relevant work samples. While this is an independent production, we're aiming for a polished final product. Estimated shoot dates are late July, with post-production kicking off in early August. This gig is flexible, likely requiring 1-2 full days of dedicated work spread over a week, or equivalent, for the sound design phase. We'll provide all video footage and a preliminary edit.
