Seeking a talented Director to join an independent production for an exciting new commercial project. This isn't just a gig, it's an opportunity to become an equity partner from the ground up. We're developing a series of high-energy, visually striking spots for a lifestyle brand, blending modern aesthetic with an aspirational, narrative feel. We need someone who can translate a creative vision into compelling visuals, bring out authentic performances, and lead a crew with confidence and collaborative spirit. Your key responsibilities will involve concept development, shot listing, guiding principal talent and background, and overseeing the overall creative execution from pre-production through post. We’re open to all experience levels, from seasoned pros to emerging talents with a killer reel, as long as you have a strong portfolio demonstrating your directorial voice. While we’ll provide the necessary camera and lighting package, ideally you have access to your own essential directing tools, like a monitor or specific software (though not a deal-breaker). Shoot dates are flexible but targeting late spring, early summer, with roughly 3-5 shoot days depending on the final concept.
