Art Coordinator, Music Video (Miami)

Independent production is seeking a talented Art Coordinator to join our team for an upcoming music video. This project is for an emerging electronic artist, featuring a vibrant, high-energy concept with surrealist elements. It's an exciting opportunity to bring creative visions to life in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for organization to support our Art Director. Key responsibilities include coordinating prop rentals and returns, tracking expenditures, managing set dressing logistics, and assisting with on-set art department needs. You'll be working closely with a small, dedicated crew. We require a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an art department role, preferably on music videos or short-form content. Please have a portfolio or reel showcasing your art department work and organizational skills. This is a mid-level position. Prep will begin in early October 2026, with an estimated 2-day shoot window later in October 2026. Compensation is TBD, based on experience. We'll provide craft services and a great working atmosphere. Miami locals preferred.
