Art Department for Commercial

A high-energy, visually striking commercial promoting an innovative tech gadget needs a creative Art Director to shape its world. We're seeking a senior-level Art Director to lead the visual aesthetic for a commercial shoot in the Los Angeles area. You'll be responsible for translating the director's vision into practical set designs, props, and overall visual tone, ensuring everything aligns with our modern, dynamic brand. This involves supervising set dressing, prop sourcing, and potentially overseeing small build elements. We need someone with a strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial art direction, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to work resourcefully within budget constraints. Experience with independent commercial productions is a plus. Shoot dates are TBD but likely span 1-2 days during the second half of November 2026, with prep work commencing about 3 weeks prior. Compensation is deferred, offered as points plus deferred pay, as is common for independent productions aiming for high production value. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can bring imaginative solutions to the table.
