Gaffer, Corporate Video

Shooting in New York City on May 15-17 for an independent production, we're looking for an experienced Gaffer to join our small, dynamic crew. This corporate video will feature executive interviews and B-roll for a tech company, focusing on innovative solutions with a clean, modern aesthetic. We need someone who can translate creative vision into effective lighting setups, bringing a polished and professional look to our visuals. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with the DP to execute lighting plans, setting up and striking lights, managing power, and ensuring a safe working environment. We’re looking for a mid-level professional with at least 3-5 years of gaffing experience on similar corporate or commercial projects. You should have your own basic lighting kit, though we will provide additional specialized equipment as needed. Please provide a reel or portfolio showcasing your best work. Shoot days are approximately 10-12 hours. We're offering a rate of $200-400 per day, depending on experience and equipment. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set.
