Lighting for Short Film

Seeking a Gaffer for a 1-2 day shoot, paid $300-500/day. This is for an independent dark comedy short film, a quirky story about an unlikely friendship that forms over a shared bizarre hobby. We're aiming for a slightly surreal, almost theatrical look with a lot of practical lighting opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be executing the lighting plan, working closely with our DP to achieve the desired mood and visual style for each scene. We're looking for someone with significant experience (senior level) gaffing short films or similar independent productions. You should have your own basic G&E package, including key lights, modifiers, stands, and grip equipment. Please send a resume, a link to your reel, and a brief note about your relevant experience.
