Gaffer (Mid-Level) for Commercial Shoot

Looking for a Gaffer for a 2-day commercial shoot, approximately August 15-16, paying $150/day. We're shooting a spirited, fast-paced commercial for an independent production, showcasing a new tech product creatively. It'll be a mix of studio style product shots and a few dynamic lifestyle scenes, so we need someone who's comfortable with both precise lighting for product and quick setups for talent. Your main responsibilities will include executing the lighting plan devised by the DP, managing the grip and electric package (provided), and ensuring safety on set. We're looking for someone with solid experience on commercial sets, who understands efficient workflow and can troubleshoot on the fly. Please have your own basic G&E kit (meters, tools, etc.) and a reel or portfolio showcasing commercial lighting work. Houses will likely be 10-12 hours per day. Lunch and craft services will be provided daily. This is a great opportunity to work on a fun, visually driven project with a dedicated crew in Los Angeles.
