Lighting for Corporate Video

Seeking a Senior Gaffer to lead our lighting team for an upcoming corporate video project. We're producing a dynamic, engaging piece for a tech company, focusing on innovation and forward-thinking solutions. The tone is professional but visually sleek, requiring sophisticated lighting to enhance interviews and product demonstrations. You will be responsible for designing and executing the lighting plan, working closely with the DP to achieve the desired look and feel. Key responsibilities include managing equipment, leading a small crew, and ensuring efficient setup and breakdown. We're looking for someone with extensive experience in corporate or commercial productions, a strong understanding of various lighting techniques, and the ability to troubleshoot on set. Must have your own basic kit (stands, stingers, clamps, gels, diffusion) and access to more specialized gear if needed. Please include a link to your reel or portfolio showcasing relevant work. This is a volunteer position offering meals, copy for your reel, and valuable networking within an independent production. Shoot dates are approximately 1-2 days in October 2026, with some prep needed before. Expect 10-12 hour days on set.
