Lighting for Web Series

A brilliant young hacker uncovers a sinister corporate conspiracy tied to a revolutionary AI, forcing her to choose between exposing the truth and protecting her own life. We're seeking a skilled Gaffer for an independent production, a 6-episode sci-fi web series with a dark, cyberpunk aesthetic and an urgent, suspenseful tone. This project aims for a high-quality visual style despite its independent nature, relying on creative problem-solving and collaboration. You will be responsible for executing the lighting plan, leading a small lighting team, and ensuring the desired mood and atmosphere are achieved on set. We're looking for someone with experience, from entry-level to seasoned pros, who understands cinematic lighting techniques and can adapt to various setups. You should ideally have access to basic lighting equipment, or be comfortable working with available gear, and have a reel or portfolio showcasing your work. Shoot dates are projected to be around October 4, 2026, lasting for approximately 8-10 days over a 3-week period, with potential for some evening and weekend shoots.
