Gaffer (Senior) for Commercial Shoot, Miami FL

We are seeking a senior Gaffer for an upcoming commercial shoot in Miami. This independent production focuses on a vibrant, energetic product launch, requiring dynamic lighting to create a fresh, polished aesthetic. We need someone who can translate a director's vision into striking visuals, working closely with our DP to craft the look and feel. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing lighting plots, supervising the grip and electric team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing equipment. You should have extensive experience lighting professional commercials, a strong understanding of various lighting techniques, and the ability to troubleshoot quickly on set. Shoot dates are approximately August 12-16, with some prep day(s) beforehand. We anticipate 10-12 hour days. This is a paid position, offering $2000-3000 per week, depending on experience.
