Lighting for Commercial

Seeking a senior Gaffer for a high-end commercial shoot in Mumbai, IN, across 3-4 days in November 2026. This project is for an independent production, collaborating with an exciting new tech brand on a visually driven advertisement. The tone is modern, sleek, and aspirational, requiring a nuanced understanding of product lighting and atmospheric effects. We're looking to create striking, dynamic visuals that elevate the product. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Cinematographer on lighting design, leading and managing the lighting crew, overseeing all power distribution and safety protocols, and executing the lighting plan efficiently. This is a hands-on role where your creative input and leadership are highly valued. We require candidates with extensive experience as a Gaffer on commercial productions, especially those involving product and talent. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to shape light creatively and solve complex lighting challenges. While we provide a comprehensive lighting package, familiarity with various LED systems, HMI, and advanced control systems is essential. Please submit your reel and a brief overview of your relevant experience. Compensation for this role is deferred, offered as a backend percentage.
