Locations for Corporate Video

We are a small independent production company looking for a seasoned Locations Manager for an upcoming corporate video project in the Los Angeles area. This project is a series of interviews and stylized b-roll segments, focusing on innovative tech. We need someone who can source and manage diverse, visually appealing locations that reflect a modern, professional, and slightly futuristic aesthetic, ranging from contemporary office spaces to unique architectural interiors. Key responsibilities include location scouting, securing permits and agreements, managing location logistics on shoot days, and maintaining positive relationships with property owners. You should have at least 5 years of experience in locations management, particularly with corporate or commercial projects, and a strong rolodex of contacts in LA. We need someone who can handle the practicalities of a fast-paced corporate shoot, ensuring all spaces are prepped and cleared efficiently. Shoot dates are approximate, but we anticipate 3-4 days of scouting in late August 2026, followed by a 3-day shoot in early September 2026.
