Senior DP, Corporate Explainer Videos
Hey filmmakers, I'm an editor on an independent production team, and we're on the hunt for a skilled Director of Photography for an upcoming series of corporate explainer videos. These aren't your typical dry, corporate shoots, think more lifestyle focused, dynamic imagery, and engaging narratives for a tech client. We're looking for someone who can elevate the content beyond standard talking heads. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the director to establish visual style, executing lighting and camera setups efficiently, and ensuring consistent, high-quality visuals across multiple short-form videos. We'll be shooting interviews, product demonstrations, and some b-roll sequences. We need someone with at least 5+ years of experience shooting for corporate or commercial clients, a strong understanding of lighting for various scenarios, and a real knack for storytelling through visuals. You should have your own camera package (Sony FX series, Canon C-series, or similar with suitable lens kit) and lighting gear. Please include a link to your reel showcasing similar work. Shoot dates are flexible but we're generally looking at 2-3 day shoots spread over the next couple of months, with typical 10-hour days. We provide catering, and support staff (AC, grip usually), and travel if needed for specific locations around LA. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and gear package. Looking forward to seeing your work!
