Senior Sound Designer, Commercial, Lagos NG

Hey filmmakers, I'm Ngozi, a screenwriter working on an exciting upcoming commercial project and we're looking for a seasoned Sound Designer to join our team in Lagos. This is a punchy, energetic commercial primarily focusing on a tech product, so we need someone with a real knack for crafting dynamic and impactful sonic experiences that enhance the visual storytelling. We want the sound design to feel fresh and modern, really elevating the product's appeal. Your primary responsibility will be designing and mixing all audio elements, including foley, effects, and potentially some original soundscapes. We're looking for someone who can bring their own professional-grade sound design software and ideally a curated sound library. You'll need at least 5 years of experience in commercial sound design, and a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative range is essential. The approximate shoot dates are late July for a few days, with post-production extending into August. We anticipate reasonable working hours, but flexibility is a plus. As this is an independent production, this is a volunteer position, though we'll provide meals on set and a copy of the final commercial for your reel.
