Directing for Commercial

We are seeking a seasoned Director for an upcoming commercial shoot in Stockholm, Sweden, around October 8, 2026. This independent production is for a lifestyle brand, focused on capturing authentic, vibrant moments with a positive and engaging tone. We envision a visually rich, narrative-driven spot that resonates with a broad audience. The project offers a great opportunity to lead a talented local crew and deliver high-quality content. You will be responsible for translating the creative brief into a compelling visual story, guiding talent and crew on set, and ensuring the overall artistic vision is met from pre-production through the final shoot. We are looking for someone with significant experience directing commercials or similar short-form content, who can bring fresh ideas and a strong leadership presence. A comprehensive director's reel showcasing previous commercial work is essential. Familiarity with local Stockholm production resources is a plus. This is a senior-level position, requiring about 1-2 days of shooting, with a few days of prep leading up to it. Compensation is $100-200/day. Travel and accommodation will be provided for non-local hires within Sweden. This is a paid opportunity for a director to take the helm of an exciting commercial project.
