Directing for Corporate Video

Seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Director to lead an upcoming corporate video project in Los Angeles. This short film style piece, approximately 5-7 minutes in length, will focus on a non-profit's community impact, blending heartfelt testimonials with engaging, cinematic visuals. We're aiming for an inspiring, hopeful tone that avoids typical corporate stiffness, more akin to a mini-documentary. Your role will involve creative vision from pre-production through wrap, guiding the crew and talent, and ensuring the project's artistic integrity and message clarity. You'll be responsible for shot listing, blocking, working closely with the DP, and directing on set. We're looking for someone with a strong visual storytelling sensibility and excellent communication skills. No need for personal gear, as equipment will be provided. Candidates should have some prior experience directing narrative shorts, music videos, or similar projects, and a reel showcasing your directorial style is essential. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a professional crew. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for around October 14, 2026, over 1-2 days, with an additional 2-3 days for prep and post-production oversight. Compensation for this role is TBD, depending on experience.
