Directing for Web Series

We need a Senior Director who can hit the ground running to lead our upcoming independent web series. This project is a grounded, character-driven sci-fi thriller set in a near-future Atlanta, exploring themes of surveillance and personal freedom with a suspenseful and slightly dark tone. Your key responsibilities will include translating the script into compelling visual storytelling, guiding performances, and overseeing the creative vision from pre-production through the final cut. We're looking for someone with a strong visual style and experience managing small to medium-sized crews. Please provide a directing reel demonstrating your narrative capabilities. Shoot dates are approximately 10-12 days over 3-4 weeks in late September 2026 and early October 2026. We will provide a small, dedicated crew, locations, and basic production equipment. This is a deferred compensation position, offering a significant points stake in the project plus a deferred fee upon distribution. We're aiming to complete casting and finalize prep in the coming weeks. Please send your reel and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
